HMR works collaboratively with the onsite a/v personnel to ensure smooth flow and to confirm proper equipment needs. We do onsite troubleshooting, and will alert the organizers to any issues that come to our attention during the event.

Rates for our recording services are based on a number of factors:

• number of participants and days of the conference

• number of concurrent sessions

• physical layout of the venue

• specific client needs

 We will work with you to develop a mutually-beneficial contract that is individualized to meet your particular needs. We have worked with hundreds of nonprofit organizations, small businesses and corporate clients, and look forward to including you in our increasing family of visionaries.
