The Affordable Care Act was signed into law in March 2011 and was held constitutional by the Supreme Court on June 28, 2012. Republican members of the House and the Republican candidate for president have pledged to repeal it. APsaA counsel, Jim Pyles has been closely involved in the health reform debate and provides analysis and insight into what the elections mean for health reform.
